Description Training geohydrology


Geohydrology is the study of water in the soil (ground water / ground water). Groundwater is water (which comes from rain water) stored in the cavities (porosity / intencities) of rock or soil in the saturated cavity move. Saturated cavity called the saturated zone. Groundwater moves at a maximum speed of 10m / day and a minimum speed of 1m / day. Generally means there is groundwater that moves faster and slower than 10m / day in certain circumstances, but there is also a place that groundwater is not moving. Groundwater velocity depends on the slope, rock type and structure of rocks. Not every rock porosity, depending on the type of rock. The importance of studying science geohydrology because water is a very important requirement for humans and water that can be consumed by humans is groundwater. Besides the increasing number of groundwater problems that occur in the earth causes we need to study this science to maintain and protect it from damage. Because geohydrology also has broad-spectrum, then outside the core research studies geohydrology also be considered mutually reinforcing roles and outputs to achieve its outcome.
