The role of Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) for workers and people who are in the work environment was so important that need to be considered by the company. Health at work is important when viewed from different sides. Wherever possible the company can minimize work accidents happened, and prevent potential hazards. One that can be done to achieve this is to find out the cause of a hazard what will happen, then do prevention immediately so as not to cause great harm to the company.
