Leadership skills are basic competencies that must be owned by every employee of the level of staff, supervisors and executive staff as appropriate to the organization’s tasks and responsibilities carried them. Leadership can be defined as a skill to influence others (in this case the subordinate) to achieve the set goals in a way that does not force. To implement this leadership function then as a leader should be able to learn from past experience, is able to hear, assertive, capable of functioning feedback, is able to manage the stress that may arise in the workplace, is able to establish a relationship with your boss or co-workers, and so forth. Through the training, the participants are expected to have basic skills of leadership in the workplace.
