Description Training Need Analysis
By starting with the training needs analysis (Training Need Analysis) is right then the training process will run more optimally. There are three types of analyzes training needs, namely: task-based analysis, person-based analysis, and organizational-based analyzes.
Task-based Analysis, an analysis of the type of skills mangetahui what is needed, we need to analyze the duties and responsibilities of the position related, so that we can be determined by the result sort of what kind of training is needed. Person-based Analysis, an analysis aimed to determine deficiencies or areas for improvement that are required by the level of competence of those who hold certain positions. And then it can be determined what kind of training is needed for the person. Organizational-based Analysis, analysis of training needs based on the strategic needs of the company in response to future business.
Aim
After this training, participants should be able to determine the needs of the type of training required for employees who are required to increase the company’s performance.
