Me-lobby and negotiate is the duty of a company manager. One important task of the manager is to reach an agreement with the various stakeholders (stakeholders) associated with it, especially the parties outside the organization. Both in relation to sales, licensing agreements or other business. In order to optimize the company’s position in the transaction, it is not enough just to prepare a manager in his formal process (negotiations), it also needs to master the principles and skills in doing the lobbying.
