7. Valve actuators (types, fail modes, dead band).
8. Pulse control modulation.
9. Variable speed motor controls (DC and AC).
10. On/Off control action.
11. Multi-point control action.
12. Analog (continuos) control.
13. Proportional / gain action (units, direct / reverse control)
14. Integral / reset action (units, windup)
15. Derivative / rate action (units, problems)
16. Application of different control modes (P, PI, PD, PID)
17. Desired control responses (QDR, etc)
18. Control loop tuning methods.
19. Intelligent controllers (adaptive tuning, auto tune, fuzzy logic)
20. Typical controller features, option and capabilities.
21. Advanced control strategies (ratio, cescade, feed-forward)
22. Common problems in process control systems.
23. Troubleshooting process control systems.

Peserta Training Process Control and Loop

SLTA / D3 dengan pengalaman kerja 3 tahun sebagai Teknisi, Operator listrik, karyawan maintenance dan supervisors yang familiar atau pernah mempelajari tentang “instrumentation system”.
